Late Have I Loved You

by Artist Eye

Come, Lord Jesus, quickly come. We can not bear our sorrows all alone; we need to know that the slaughter of Innocence breaks open the Very Heart of God you came to bring us. Gather us again; each of us are small again in the face of forces we do not understand. God forbid that we should ever “understand” what is so unnatural to the heart of God. Gather us again, so that we can hold our dear ones close in confidence that evil is not the end and life is meant for Love. Gather us again, gather us again, into Your Arms as Wide as the World.

About Artist's Eye

Our family moved to the Community in 1990. While raising our two children here I've worked at Paraclete Press and have been involved with Fine Arts over the years. I love to paint, tell stories, and build puppets--a thirty foot whale and her baby for the Spirit of America Band Field Show was one of the funnest projects I've ever done!
